1. Copyright & Ownership

All photographs, images, videos, and other content created by KS Productions remain the intellectual property and copyright of KS Productions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing or downloading images grants you a licence to use the images in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Ownership and copyright are not transferred.

2. Personal Use Licence

Unless otherwise stated, purchased images are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. This includes:

When sharing images online, credit to KS Productions is appreciated where practical.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and photography services, all sales are final.

KS Productions does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:

  • Digital image downloads

  • Print orders

  • Photography packages

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect image selections made by the customer

If you experience a technical issue with downloading your purchased images, please contact us and we will assist you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Event Photography

Photographs from public or private events may be displayed on this website for customers to view and purchase unless otherwise agreed with the event organiser.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct images before completing their purchase.

7. Image Quality

Images supplied are professionally edited and delivered in high resolution unless otherwise specified.

Colour appearance may vary between monitors, phones, and printed products.

8. Limitation of Liability

KS Productions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use purchased images or website services.

9. Website Content

All content on this website, including photographs, graphics, logos, text, and branding, remains the property of KS Productions and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
